A Contact is a specific person at the business (Customer) you are supporting.
The table below describes the fields available out of the box (i.e., not Custom Fields) for Contacts.

Direct Report |

A direct report's email will always be included via CC on ticket email Communications. |
Saved locations/sites |
Keep track where this Contact is located based on Customer sites, or add a new one using the fields below. |
Contains the Customer address and any additional locations/sites for the Customer. |
Additional Ticket Matching Email Addresses |
Associate additional emails with this Contact. |
For example, if the Contact sometimes emails you from a personal email address. |
Receive Billing | Marketing | Report Emails |
Customer Mailer campaigns are enabled in the Mailer. The contact will be emailed all of this Customer's scheduled Reports if enabled in Reports. |

Enable Portal User |
Gives this Contact access to the Customer Portal via a username and password combination. |
If you specify a Contact Email, a setup email is sent. If not, you can use the Portal Login Override field below. |
Portal Group |
Portal Group is the permission level this contact has within the Customer Portal. |
When Enable Portal User is selected, you will see the drop-down for Portal Group. |
Require MFA |
When selected, this requires this contact to set up Multi-Factor Authentication to login to the Customer Portal. |
When Enable Portal User is selected, you will see this checkbox.
You must check this box if you want this Contact to have Remote Access. |
Portal Login Override | Portal User Password |
Create a username/password combination this Contact will use to access the Customer Portal. |
The Portal Login Override field will be the Contact's username.
The Password should be at least 12 characters in length and contain:
Enter the password twice to confirm it. |
Enable Remote Access |
Allows this Contact to remotely access endpoints via Splashtop through the Customer Portal. This feature has an additional charge per contact/month. |
Requires a Contact Email Address and Portal User/MFA Enabled fields to be checked. Requires that Portal Group this Contact is in has the "Assets - View All" box checked. |
