About the Credit Usage Dashboard
Table of Contents
The Credit Usage Dashboard shows how many Syncro Credits your account has used, which AI capabilities used them, and which tickets, users, and Organizations they were used on. (See Syncro Subscriptions & Billing for information about how credits are consumed.)
It helps those with Team and IT Plan accounts monitor their AI capabilities and credit usage.
IMPORTANT: This dashboard is informational only through January 2027. AI capabilities keep running if usage exceeds your included credits, nothing is billed, and no action is required. You’ll have access to spending cap controls when billing for extra credits takes effect after January 2027.

Review Credit Usage
The month at the top of the page determines what the rest of the page shows. Use the arrows next to the month to move between the current month and prior months. Comparing months helps you tell whether a spike in usage was a one-time event or part of a trend.
The top of the dashboard summarizes the selected month in two sections:
- Free Monthly Credits Used: A progress bar and a count of the credits your account has used out of its included monthly credits. Below the count, the section shows how the included credits are calculated (credits per seat multiplied by the number of seats), shared across the account. (See also: Syncro Subscriptions & Billing.)
- Extra Credits Used: The number of credits used beyond your included credits, and what they would cost.
Review Activity
The All Activity table at the bottom of the dashboard lists each action that used credits. An action appears in the table only when a technician accepts a suggestion, follows a suggestion, or lets a feature run automatically. Suggestions that technicians override or decline do not use credits.
The Total row at the bottom of the table shows the total credits used in the selected month.
Each row includes the following:
- Date: The date and time the action used credits.
- Feature: The AI feature that used the credits.
- Record: The ticket the action ran on. Click the hyperlink to open the ticket.
- User: The technician associated with the action.
- Customer Organization: The Organization the ticket belongs to.
- Credits: The number of credits the action used.
Search and filter the table to narrow the list. For example, filter by Organization to see which clients account for the most credit usage. You can filter by the feature, customer organization, and user columns.
The table shows 100 rows per page. Use the arrows below the table to move between pages. Click Export CSV to download the table as a CSV file.
