About Retired Office 365 Connectors
IMPORTANT: Per this MS Developers Blog Post, webhook-based Office 365 Connectors will be retired on January 31, 2025. You will need to create new workflow URLs to be applied to your Syncro integration with MS Teams. This MS Teams support article has more information on how to set up incoming web hooks with workflows for MS Teams.
Once you have your new workflow URL, you need to update the Microsoft Teams Workflow URL in each Notification Set in which you have MS Teams notifications configured.
